Returns and Cancellation Policy
Non Faulty Returns
Raymond Higgs must be notified via e-mail or in writing, within 7 working days of delivery, if the consumer wishes to return any goods received. All carriage charges incurred will be borne by the consumer. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Raymond Higgs reserves the right to refuse the return subject to the goods being of merchantable quality. The cost of any damage incurred in transit to products being returned will be borne by the consumer.
If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also specify whether they require a refund or an exchange if the product is available.
Faulty Returns
For products that Raymond Higgs deems to have been faulty, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer. The customer can also specify whether or not they require a refund or an exchange.
If you wish to return an item please e-mail us on info@raymondhiggs.co.uk where we will issue you with a returns number and a packing list with details of where to return the product. For your protection we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance, please include the receipt for this cost if you require the delivery charge refunded.
